A Teacher Training Program Built on Real Classrooms

Behind every confident, curious preschooler is a thoughtful, well-prepared teacher. At Froebel Cambridge Preschool, our Teacher Training program is created to develop exactly that kind of educator. Whether you are an aspiring teacher starting your journey, a parent looking to return to work, or an experienced educator wanting to upgrade your skills, our program gives you the tools to walk into any preschool classroom and feel ready.

The course is grounded in the realities of Indian classrooms, blending modern early-childhood research with the warm, hands-on values that make Froebel Cambridge a trusted Cambridge preschool and daycare. You will not just sit through lectures; you will observe real classes, plan your own lessons, work with children under guidance, and leave the program with both a certificate and the practical confidence that comes from doing the work.

What You Will Learn

Our Teacher Training program covers everything an early childhood educator needs, from understanding how a 3-year-old's brain develops to running a calm, organised classroom of twenty children. The curriculum is divided into theory, practical work, and supervised classroom time, so every concept you study is something you have actually seen in action.

How the Program Works

How the Program Works

We have kept the program structure flexible enough for working adults and parents, but serious enough to actually prepare you for the classroom.

  • Classroom-based theory sessions with clear notes and study material
  • Live observation hours in our active preschool and daycare classrooms
  • Supervised teaching practice with feedback from senior mentors
  • Lesson-plan portfolio that you build through the program
  • Final assessment and certification on successful completion

Who is this Course For?

This program is built for adults at different stages of their teaching journey. You don't need a teaching background to start, only a genuine interest in working with young children.

Aspiring Teachers & Career Changers

If you are starting fresh, perhaps after college, a career break, or a switch from a different industry, our program will give you both the theory and the practical exposure you need to confidently apply for early-childhood teaching roles.

A Pathway Into Our Network

Strong performers in our Teacher Training program are often considered for teaching roles within Froebel Cambridge Preschool and our partner centres. The training is not a guarantee of employment, but it does make you stand out, and many of our current educators began their journey exactly here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the duration of the Teacher Training program?

Our standard program is offered in flexible durations depending on the batch, typically ranging from a few weeks to a few months. Exact timelines are shared during the enquiry stage based on your availability and the current batch schedule.

Do I need a teaching degree to enrol?

No, the program is designed for adults from any background, including new graduates, parents returning to work, and people switching careers. A genuine interest in early childhood education is the only real prerequisite.

The program is a careful balance of both. Roughly half the program is theory (child development, methods, planning), and the rest is practical, including observation, supervised teaching, and feedback sessions in our live classrooms.

Will I get a certificate at the end?

Yes, on successful completion of all modules, supervised practice, and the final assessment, you receive a Teacher Training Certificate from Froebel Cambridge Preschool, recognised across our partner centres.

Can completing this program help me get a teaching job?

The program is designed to prepare you for early-childhood teaching roles. Strong candidates are sometimes considered for openings within Froebel Cambridge and our network, though employment is subject to availability and selection.
